We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and that’s okay. Our goal is to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.

By placing an order with YMHOME, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Our Return Window

We gladly accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

Finding the right fit matters.

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within the return period. We’ll provide instructions and help you find the best available replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned.

These include:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Certain intimate apparel where hygiene regulations apply

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for return inspection

  • 5–10 business days for financial institutions to process the refund

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged

  • A verified manufacturing defect exists

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will need to follow our standard return procedure.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Fair Use Policy

To ensure fairness for all customers, YMHOME reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases involving:

  • Excessive return activity

  • Abuse of promotional offers

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements
